A shift to remote working amid the COVID-19 outbreak has allowed Sydney-based accounting firm Causbrook & Associates to provide better service to clients while giving staff increased control of their workload.
That's because the lockdown forced the four-partner firm, led by principal Darrel Causbrook, to finally move their accounting systems into the cloud.
"We've become a cloud-based practice. Clients can transfer documents to us with security, we can work offsite and gain access to documentation. It's all real-time," Mr Causbrook said.
Causbrooks gives you a client manager supported by a team of knowledgeable small business experts. We’re here to take the guesswork out of running your own business.
